CONGRATULATIONS on deciding to gift yourself an exciting and soul enriching getaway! I am delighted to have you joining us on this inner and outer adventure. By spending some blissful time in an incredible setting, you have the wonderful opportunity to get connected, relaxed and indulge in ultimate self-care, an opportunity to truly restore yourself. You will go home not only feeling wonderfully inspired, but armed with tools to clear whatever may be blocking you from showing up for yourself in a more compassionate and loving way.
Please make time to read all the Terms and Conditions listed below before submitting your registration. This event will be about FLOW. You will not be obliged to participate in any activity or event if you do not feel up to it or into it. This retreat will be relaxed and fun, with a flexible itinerary. It is important we go with what feels right at the time, however there will be some set activities that are unlikely to change.
Please note- you will need a Passport to travel to New Zealand. I will be in touch in due course to confirm your personal passport details. Your flight details will be confirmed by October and the details will be emailed to you.
A schedule of general retreat activities will also be sent to you about a month prior to departure. I plan to invite all participants to a Women's Circle at my practice in October as lovely way to connect and familiarise yourselves with one another before the retreat. This is not a strict, vegan, raw food, no fat, no sugar, nor carb retreat! My husband is a highly qualified Chef and a wonderful all round kinda guy who will be taking care of the catering for the duration of the retreat. You will be able to make requests or customise meals within reason. Our philosophy is to eat healthy, nutritious and balanced meals with a little treats along the way. You might even be treated to a cooking for the Chakras demo.
Lastly, please fill out your details below which will be completely private and confidential. Once your registration form is received, you will be sent a PayPal invoice to either pay for the deposit of $1000 with the remaining fee payable in instalments, or to pay the full retreat fee upfront. A reminder that if you book with a friend, you will both receive a $250 discount off your booking fee.

It is important to me that people have a wonderful experience. Please take advantage of the opportunity to contact me to get a better idea of how we can customise your retreat experience to enable the best outcome for you. Everybody is different so essentially every retreat program we create has a unique signature approach to each persons reasons for retreating, life situation and circumstances.
Participants who decide to cancel their reservation may be entitled to partial refund of paid amounts. The percentage of the refund will depend on when the cancellation request is submitted: Date of refund request Refund 70% of paid amount From May 30 to June 15, 2019- 50% of paid amount On/after June 16, 2019. No refund after July 30, 2019 but we will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.
While we have never cancelled a retreat to date, if we must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, we will always refund you your registration fee in full. We are not however responsible for any incurred costs in preparation for your trip.
After a confirmation has been emailed to you, a courtesy hold requires payment within 5 working days to secure the reservation. A deposit of $1000 is payable to secure your spot, with full payment made by 30 August 2019. For places that have a wait list, a 24hr courtesy hold will be offered.
TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To join the retreat you must have travel insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant activities you will be engaging upon on your retreat
Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most retreat, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We recommend World Nomads Travel Insurance as this covers you for all activities. We must see proof of insurance to confirm your booking before 30 October, 2019.
We will not be liable for cancellation, failure of, or delay in performing it’s obligations under this agreement due to force majeure events (Earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, volcanic activity or other natural disasters, or in the case of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo or epidemic) or if certain conditions present unacceptable danger to the participant.
The guest is responsible to pay for all extra services not included in the retreat package in cash, in the local currency (New Zealand Dollars) or where facilities allow, credit card payments can be accepted.
Please note that you may be photographed and/or filmed during your stay and/or activities in connection with the retreat, and these may be used for general promotion and/or marketing purposes without any prior consent. We assure that all personal data will be treated confidentially and not be transferred to any third party other than necessary to fulfil the booking or deliver the requested service. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to talk to us.
