Listen up sista's... Stop trying to be the next top model and start being the next TOP ROLE MODEL! We have girls as young as 5y.o. taking 100 selfies to try and get 'the right angle'!!! What does this tell you about the state of the world? That it is absolutely SCREWED that's what! But hold on..where are they learning this behaviour?

The sometimes difficult to digest truth is - H O M E. It is most likely the case that these behaviours and hang ups are being witnessed in their mothers, aunts, grandmother's etc...but is it all mums fault!? NO. Mothers are just 5 year old's in disguise.

We women have insecurities that have been passed down from generation to generation but it's no excuse anymore to just plead ignorance! You may have not been motivated to clear your body image issues or low self worth for your own sake but now you gotta step up and do it for the next gen if not yourself!!

TOGETHER We must take a stand and clear the toxic conditioning we've been infected with...whether we caught it from home, school, magz, social media or TV...we MUST make a conscious C H O I C E to exorcise the demon of INSECURITY because no amount of great selfies, great lovers or great clothes will convince you that you're enough!!

This disease of the spirit cannot keep being recycled down the generational line like an inherited defect! We are living in a time that personal and spiritual development is accessible at the click of a button...so click damnit CLICK! The buck stops with us.

We need to lead ourselves into a personal inner revolution and BOYCOTT low self esteem and the plethora of industries that are built on the backs of our insecurities. We are WILLINGLY feeding the machine our hard earned money and ENERGY because we BUY THE BULLSHIT they drill into our heads that we are not ENOUGH.

Let's redefine our idea of beauty. Let's advocate for recognising beauty in all forms rather than convincing us our bones need to be visible to be considered attractive. F that...time to rebel and start to practice radical self love and develop DIVINE confidence that is unshakable and unconquerable. Get onto it NOW.
