"I first met Eryka after I had separated from my partner. It was a toxic relationship and even though I knew it, I found it so hard to walk away. Time and time again I would take him back only to go through the same situations and emotional abuse over and over again and I was searching for answers as to why I made the choices that I did. I was an insecure person who believed deep down that I was not worthy, unloveable and did not like Me!
