In mid 2011 I had the pleasure of meeting of Eryka and after a consultation with her I decided to work with her. Little did I know a pivotal moment this would have been in the context of my life. When I first met Eryka I was physically and emotionally broke. After working with her for about 6 months I released 70kgs of fat, left an extremely unhappy marriage, took my business from almost closing it down to an incredibly thriving enterprise that now provides employment opportunities for 4 other people apart from myself, met the love of my life, helped me foster beautiful connections with my children like never before and helped me to become a whole person again. "I first met Eryka after I had seperated from my partner. It was a toxic relationship and even though I knew it, I found it so hard to walk away. Time and time again I would take him back only to go through the same situations and emotional abuse over and over again and I was searching for answers as to why I made the choices that I did.
