SHADOWS OF LIGHT

You will never be whole until you take a walk on the dark side. You have to be willing to turn and face all your shadows and open the door to that dusty, dark and dingy closet and take out all the skeletons, unload all your dirty laundry and finally face your own inner shit.

You can't grow until you fess up to the crap you have been struggling to hide from the world. You lie? OWN IT. You judge? OWN IT. You have wild sexual fantasies about people you shouldn't? OWN IT! You get the drift? You have to be willing to see that you are capable of all the behaviours you judge others for. That alone can awaken universal compassion in your heart and buy you TRUE FREEDOM and self esteem. Reject the BEHAVIOUR BUT HAVE COMPASSION FOR YOURSELF in the process. Those shadows are there for a reason and usually it is because somewhere along the line you perceive that you where not loved the way you needed.

If you think you're perfect there's no room for growth. There is no point walking around pretending there's a glowing HALO hovering above your head. You might trick the world but you can't trick your own CONSCIENCE.

If you want to expand and dive deeper into the mystical waters of your soul you have to be gutsy and willing to fess up to YOSELF. You also need to tap into your sacred space of your soul and experience METANOIA.. Which basically means have a change of mind about those ego based shadowy behaviours and CHANGE your actions...or change the mentality that created in the first place.

This is the basis of confession and repentance. It is not loaded..it is a real mystical shift in consciousness that helps you become a badass warrior ego slayer so you can finally clear your mind of the junk that keeps you in the dark...do it!
